women’s Mini Social Strat.
To help launch the Women’s sub-brand Instagram account, I created a mini-strategy to define the direction of the account which outlined goals, kpis, who the audience was going to be and what the content calendar would look like, etc.
With the help of our Social analytics system Sprinklr, I had to create dashboards to keep track of important KPIs that I defined as necessary as well as put together reporting on findings. The rest of the example reporting can be found here.
After the team went to the UK I put together a deck with findings after analyzing Sprinklr that outlined the engagement on social media around their events.
In an episode of the HBO show Ballers the DC shoes brand was mentioned and due to some social listening and timeliness, I created a tweet that garnered the most amount of likes, retweets, comments and overall engagement on twitter the brand had seen from a single post in nearly a year.
